The posable left arm can be positioned as you like. The Scarecrow requires 4 AA Battteries, not included and can also be used with a 6v 2a adapter, not included. Volume control allows you to customize the sound level, and there is also a jack for an external speaker, if you choose. It is sound, motion, or footpad (not included) activated.
